Hot tips! 
- Wear a belt from the beginning. Deadlift+wall balls= Smoked back
- Pick a number and stick to it. Year wall balls hurt. Deal with it. Keep your sets and rest times strict. 
- Big pulls on the row. Faster is not better when it comes to calorie pulling. Close your eyes and count to 50(one for each pull). 
- Breathe
