Announcements:
-Summer is right around the corner! As we have done in the past, our schedule will be changing ever so slightly starting May 8th. We are also rolling out a new 12 week summertime cycle focused on getting people strong and sexy. 
Things to look forward to! 

-Murph is coming Memorial Day weekend. This will be our 4th Annual Murph and I want to try and make it the biggest one yet. While there is no date yet, I am open to suggestions (Friday,Saturday,Sunday, Monday) to see which of the days gets the biggest turnout. 

 If you have an interest in doing the workout with a vest, now would be a good time to start looking for one. This is a friends and family event so if you know of anyone that needs a Box to work out in, let them know we are all for visitors.
