3 Rep max Hang Power Snatch (above the knee)

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds
3 Hang Power Snatches @ (90%) (3 sec pause above knee/3 Sec pause in receiving position)

Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds
3 Power Snatch balances+ Overhead Squat @ 100% of 3RM for the day - AHAP
