Team Series update! 
We are going to be hosting the team series tomorrow night starting at 6pm. We will be performing the first workout for heat 1 at 6 and the second workout (workout #4) at 7pm. It will leave us with enough time for two large groups to start, finish and recover from the workouts. The other two workouts(1 and 3) will be done back to back on Saturday Morning(one at 9:30, one at 10:30). Get ready!!
