We have reserved two rooms this Friday at 10PM at PUZZLE OUT in Jersey city. If we can get over 20 people to attend, we can have 2 teams go head to head against each other in a battle of wits! When we're all done, we will move to beverages and food at a local bar. If you would like to attend please text me so I can put your name down. The first 30 names get to play. Cost is 25 beans at the door.

Death by ball Slam X3
On the first minute, perform 3 ball slams. 
On the second minute, perform 6 ball slams...
Continue this pattern until you run out of time for your ball slams.

Even: 50' Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge (25' right arm, 25' left arm)((pick a weight that SUX))
