Snatch Warm-Up! 

Every 90 seconds for 9 Rounds
1-3: 2+1 Touch and go Muscle Snatch+Power Snatch (add weight as you see fit)
4-6: 2+1 Touch and go power snatch+ Snatch (add weight as you see fit)
7-9: 1+1 Power Snatch + snatch (continue to add weight)
