Structure of Friday Night Lights for the next 5 weeks
Classes will be regular structure for the morning.
Afternoon class structure will work as follows: 
5-6pm: regular class
6-6:30: free time/warm-up/heat selection/workout talk
6:30-8:30 workouts arranged by heats
8:30-???: after open party to be discussed during the heats

If you are late to the heat selection you will be PLACED in a heat upon your arrival. No discussions. Life gets in the way but the show must go on. 

* If you are not participating in the open/intramural competition I would ask, for logistics sake, to attend a morning class or the 5pm workout. That way we can get the heats done in an appropriate amount of time that won't have us leaving the gym at 1am. That said, we WANT you to participate in the intramural competition. If you're curious about how the open will run and want to learn more, come by at 6 and see(and work out)

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell, Woman use 35 lbs.
