A thought: Indeed, Murph is tomorrow and is often a big deal to folks. The want to perform is always present as we only do this workout once a year. However,  the last 365 days of your fitness journey will decide where you lie in terms of performance for tomorrow. That means you shouldn't take today off. To squander an opportunity to get fitter in order to outperform your last year's time seems short sighted and in reality, probably won't make much of a difference.Promise.
